The Deep Roots Athletics's Podcast
Welcome to the Deep Roots Athletics Podcast. The main purpose of these discussions is to get very different information out about the fitness industry that is often not talked about or properly understood. We hope to get this information out to help people with not just their fitness, but their lives, because we both believe you can’t separate them from one another. More and more I wonder why fitness is so important to people, Ive realized through Strongfit principles that it is our modern way of dealing with the human condition. We don’t hunt, we don’t scavenge and we don’t have the daily stress of life like our ancestors did, fitness brings us back to that in a very rudimentary way. All the love, DeepRoots Athletics
